Artist Statement: The majority of my art is related to the ocean and the beautiful creatures within. My inspiration comes from my travels and experiences diving, snorkeling, boating, surfing and exploring the beaches. My latest focus has been jellyfish art which is an expression of evolution and fluid gracefulness as each unique tentacle was designed for protection and freedom.

Jennifer is a New Jersey native that has recently planted her feet in the Treasure Coast of Florida after living in beautiful Oahu, Hawaii for the past several years.
Jennifer has always been intrigued by art and design. She comes from a creative family where her father was a talented wood turner and woodcrafter, her mother and brother also have creative eyes and are photographers, and her sister can create unique art with mosaics and quilling’s. Jennifer initially was inspired by her high school art teacher, Carol Kirk. But it wasn’t until she moved to Hawaii that she really began experiencing new techniques and mediums. She recalls, “I would grab my camera, strap the kids into their car seats, and drive to all the local beaches and capture the massive waves and amazing surfers who dared to challenge nature. Then at night time when the kids were all tucked into bed, I would get out my sketch pad and paints to try to reproduce those scenes.” Since then, Jennifer has made it her passion to capture the beauty living within the ocean.
