If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to HitchnerArt within 10 days for a full refund or online store credit. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be taken after 30 days.
- Items must be new and in the original packaging.
- Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
- Tags and labels must be in place.
- ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Packing slip must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, however we will refund your original shipping charges.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
